18 U.S.C. §2257 Statement

Content on this site

YourGFCheats hosts adult fantasy writing (including interactive snap stories) and third-party site reviews with affiliate links.

Photos in the snaps gallery are user-submitted. People send them through our submit form, or they were sent the same way before that form existed. We do not film, direct, or produce those images. Submitters attest they are 18+, that everyone depicted was 18+ when the photo was taken, and that they have the right to post it.

Sexually explicit visual media on sites we review or link out to was produced and first published by those operators. We do not maintain §2257 records for third-party productions or for user-submitted snaps.

Where records are kept

For any sexually explicit visual material originating from a third-party producer or site we review or link to, please contact that producer or website’s custodian of records as identified on their own §2257 / compliance pages.

Affiliate / “Visit site” destinations are operated by third parties. Their compliance statements and record custodians apply to content hosted on those services.

User-composed stories

Story Studio lets visitors arrange on-site snap IDs and their own text into shareable links. User text is not uploaded to our servers as a hosted library. Snap images in those stories are the same user-submitted gallery photos described above.

Age restriction

All persons appearing in sexually explicit material on this site were 18 years of age or older at the time the depiction was created, to the best of our knowledge, based on submitter attestations and on representations of original producers and distributors. This site is intended for adults only.
